You can either chose from our carefully developed set dishes or, if you prefer, compile your own menu from a large choice of alternative dishes.

If you prefer a buffet then a Self Serve Menu can be compiled to your own budget, from a selection of cold meats, fish, shellfish and salads with hot new potatoes, which you will find is an excellent alternative.

A permanent, well stocked bar of draft and bottled beers, spirits, liqueurs and premium bottled drinks is on offer to complement your menu choice. In addition, you can be flexible with your drinks requirements as we can supply a range from good house wines to vintage wines from around the world. If you prefer, a specially devised Drinks Package can help you control expenditure on the day.
