From London:
From the M25 exit at Junction 28 (A12), signposted Chelmsford. You are now on the A12. Continue for approx 46 miles and take the exit for the A120, signposted Clacton, which is just after the BP Colchester Bypass Service Area. Now follow instructions from Common Point below.
From Ipswich:
From the A14 and A12 interchange follow the A12 towards Colchester for about 14 miles, and take the exit for the A120, signposted Clacton. Now follow instructions from Common Point below.
From Harwich:
Take the A120 and follow the signs for the A12. Continue on the A120 until for about 15 miles and take the Junction with A133, signposted Clacton. Now follow instructions from Common Point below.
From Stansted:
At the junction A120/M11, Birchanger Green Service Area, take the 1st turning signposted Colchester off of the roundabout. Continue on the A120 following all the signposts for Colchester. After about 20 miles you will come on to the A12 and head towards Ipswich. Continue for approx 5 miles and take the exit for the A120, Junction 28 signposted Clacton. Now follow instructions from Common Point below.
From Common Point:
After about 5 miles along the A120 and looking out for a white tree, take the next turning which is the A133 to Weeley. At the roundabout take the 1st turning signposted Clacton. Go past a Shell gagage and at the next roundabout, (has a MacDonalds), take the 1st turning signposted B1033 Frinton, Walton and Weeley. At next roundabout stay on the B1033 sign posted Frinton and Walton. From here Golden Lane is on the left, just past a row of seven houses, exactly half a mile from the roundabout. The Springfield Marquee is 400 yds down on the left.
